Users are allowed to create one profile for each sport. User's profile name is unique across the application so be innovative. Additionally, profiles cannot be deleted because they are linked to the user's ranking and maintain their performance history and statistics.
User profiles can be transformed into teams. To become part of a team, a user needs to send a join request to the team owner. The team owner has the authority to approve or deny the joining request.
Events are sport specific, and sports teams have the ability to send requests to join event . Only the team owner has the authority to send a request to join an event. It's important to note that teams and events are specific to each sport. If a user wants to join an event but doesn't have a team for that particular sport, they will need to create a team first and then proceed to join the event.
